People change

You are the company you keep- why do people not get that? It frustrates me and saddens me when people don't realise how much they have changed to be like someone else when it is not in a positive way.

Hugs

When you hug the person you love, you get that warm fuzzy feeling inside. You feel so many emotions at once; love, comfort, warmth, security, excitement. It feels as if everything in the world is just right and you don't want the hug to end...so you hug that person even tighter. I want that.

Compliment people, magnify their strengths, not their weaknesses.

Making others happy

It's getting to the point in my life where I can't work out whether this is good for me anymore. If your actions hurt the ones you love deeply then what's the point? Why bother? No pain no gain..maybe? Or forever pain and no gain? I don't know I really wish I had the answers to these questions but I don't. I can't live my life for others but at the same time I have to consider their feelings. Some would say what about my own. Only if I could remove them or switch them off. Feelings make everything in life more complicated. Thats my philosophy on happiness.
